1) Personal Assistant to the Executive Director
Location: Country in Asia
Purpose: To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director and the Leadership Team. This position is an essential part of preparation and recording of organisational level meetings and in safeguarding that proper documentation (policies, minutes), files and archives are maintained and up-dated.

2) Adult Learning Facilitator
Location: Country in Asia
Purpose: Act as inspiration and trainer as well as some administrative duties in an adult education consultancy initiative. If the person is female, she will have a main responsibility for the side of the project relating to women and to connect that to the male side of things.

3) Anaesthesiologist
Location: Country in Asia
Purpose: To be responsible for anaesthesia done at ahospital, reviewing anaesthesia protocols as needed, mentor and train anaesthesia staff at the hospital, to collaborate on anaesthesia protocol for a country-wide program.

4) Ophthalmologist (Short and Long Term needed)
Location: Country in Asia
Role: Working in regional eye hospitals in three major cities. In each location services include: ophthalmic surgery, inpatient and outpatient facilities, training of ophthalmologists, eye-drop production, refraction services, and some outreach to the surrounding area.

10) Psychiatrist
Location: Country in Asia
Purpose: Psychiatric post-graduate training for mental health doctors.
(The mental health doctors are treating psychiatric patients as well as giving psychiatry training to medical students and general practitioners. The project is supporting the psychiatry teaching at the medical faculty and the nursing school in a city and is involved in capacity building for the personnel at the local “asylum for the chronic mentally ill” as well as the personnel working at the small neuro-psychiatric unit of the Government hospital ).
